Eric L. Litster - (Bio)
Eric Litster is one of the Founders, Owner, and Operator of e²nutrition. Identifying an unmet need to help individuals achieve excellence through quality, affordable sports nutrition Litster formed e²nutrition in 2002.
Litster received his undergraduate degree in Technical Sales and Spanish from Weber State University. He continued his education and was rewarded with his Fitness Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) based in Santa Barbara California. He has participated in athletics throughout his life, including resistance training for over 15 years. He has also contributed as a volunteer with the Special Olympics of Utah.
A prominent trainer Litster has been instrumental in assisting numerous others reach their goals. Says Litster, "There's nothing more gratifying than helping someone feel happier about themselves." "When an individual reaches their goal it's all worth it." Practicing what he preaches he successfully competes in All-Natural Bodybuilding proving that it's not all talk.
